In Episode 4 of our Life Behind the Creativity vlog, NEEZO Studios Marketing Director Chloé Maalouf takes viewers on the road from our Birmingham, Alabama studio to College Station, Texas for the installation of a custom architectural scale model created for The Penny, a new student housing development located beside Texas A&M University.
But this episode goes beyond install day. Led by Chloé, the vlog takes viewers behind the scenes of the craftsmanship and process behind the finished scale model, explores the LiveSite® Cloud experience NEEZO also created for the project, and steps outside to see The Penny itself currently under construction.

Behind the Scenes of a Student Housing Scale Model Installation
Architectural scale models may look polished and seamless once they’re sitting inside a leasing center, but getting them there is a process of its own.
Episode 4 gives viewers a closer look at the work that happens behind the finished product. Our team designed and built The Penny scale model before transporting it to College Station, where the final pieces came together during installation.
Once complete, the model gives prospective residents and their families a tangible way to understand the development as a whole, from its buildings and site layout to amenity spaces, landscaping, and surrounding environment.
For a student housing community like The Penny, that physical visualization can become an important centerpiece of the leasing experience, particularly while the real development is still taking shape outside.
