The Penny Project Overview
The Penny is a purpose-built student housing community developed by Pinecrest, located beside Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Designed to provide students with modern residences and amenity-rich living, the community offers a convenient and connected lifestyle just minutes from campus.
To support the leasing experience, NEEZO Studios delivered a custom architectural scale model and a LiveSite® Cloud platform that work together to help prospective residents explore the community before moving in. By combining a physical presentation with an interactive web-based experience, NEEZO created a seamless leasing journey that allows students to browse available residences, compare floor plans, discover community amenities, and explore the surrounding neighborhood with confidence.

The Solution: A Fully Integrated Sales Experience
Pinecrest needed a solution that would allow visitors to experience The Penny in a more immersive and engaging way while providing their team with powerful tools to tell the development’s story.
The goal was to combine the clarity of a physical architectural scale model with the capability of a modern interactive leasing software.
Architectural Scale Model
NEEZO Studios designed and fabricated a custom architectural scale model and scale model table that serves as the centerpiece of The Penny’s leasing center in College Station, Texas.
The model provides prospective residents, parents, and leasing staff with an immediate understanding of the community’s layout, architecture, and surrounding environment. By transforming development plans into a tangible presentation, the scale model helps visitors better visualize life at The Penny before construction is complete.

LiveSite® Cloud Leasing Software
To complement the physical model, NEEZO Studios developed a custom LiveSite® Cloud experience for The Penny.
Designed specifically for the web, LiveSite® Cloud allows prospective residents to browse available floor plans, compare layouts, filter residences by bedroom count, bathrooms and square footage, explore community amenities, and discover nearby restaurants, shopping, campus destinations, and local attractions.
By giving students access to interactive leasing information online, LiveSite® Cloud extends the leasing experience beyond the showroom and helps prospective residents explore the community anytime, from anywhere.
