Imagination…it’s what makes life exciting and if embraced completely, it can inspire future generations. Imagination…it’s what we’ve mastered here at NEEZO. Designing worlds beyond imagination takes creativity and a vision to see a story and be able to tell it successfully. We’ve created hundreds of thousands of animations over the years that have each told their own story. Whether we’ve used a green screen, incorporated real actors, drone footage, VFX, or gone with a more traditional fly-through animation, we’ve successfully created animations for all types of projects, in all kinds of industries.

Television/Film Animations
Called upon by some of the hottest shows and talent in TV and film production, our award-winning creative animations have become famous in the industry. Our work has been featured on networks like Netflix, HGTV, Roku, Amazon Prime Video, FX, FOX, Food Network, A&E, and Discovery +.
We started a trend over a decade ago in the TV/film world by creating the build-up style animations and renderings of the before vs. after of each home featured on The Property Brothers™, a show on HGTV that would soon become a worldwide phenomenon. Since then, our iconic build-up style animations have been sought-out by various production companies seeking to utilize our 3D storytelling capabilities for their TV shows and movies.

NEEZO Studios and Mizrahi Developments have been working together for over twelve years. We first began working with Sam on his first real estate project back when it was Mizrahi Design Build and now with Mizrahi Developments, we’ve worked on Litton Park Townhomes, 121 and 128 Davenport, 1451 Wellington, and most recently, The One, Canada’s soon-to-be tallest building.
