About The Project
Canada’s most prestigious and highly anticipated development, The One, by Mizrahi Developments, is set to be Canada’s first officially recognized “super tall” building. The One takes luxury living to a whole new level. At the bustling intersection of Yonge and Bloor streets, The One sits at the urban nexus of Toronto. The One’s location at Yonge and Bloor is a key point of transformation in the city where a more leisurely atmosphere is in order of play.
Mizrahi Developments entrusted NEEZO Studios with effectively showcasing this project by having the studio produce a variety of their award-winning creative marketing services.

Renderings Collection
After creating the first round of renderings for the Limited Penthouse Collection and feeling as though the design just wasn't quite matching the vision, NEEZO Studios was asked to take on the interior design role of the entire Limited Penthouse Collection. All interior renderings below (and all scenes in the animation) were interior designed in-house by NEEZO Studios.
Animation Collection
The mission was to create a unique look for all of the renderings and the animation that would truly portray the level of elegance and luxury that The One, more specifically the Limited Penthouse Collection, will put on the map of luxury real estate.
Scale Model Collection
NEEZO Studios built an 11ft scale model of The One. This impressive scale model was put on display at the Toronto of the Future showcase to highlight this record-breaking skyscraper that would soon stand tall in Downtown Toronto.

The ONE, Canada's most prestigious and highly anticipated development, is set to be the first super tall building in Canada. We are excited to share that our 3D animations are featured on the new Amazon Original docu-reality series "Luxe Listings Toronto". "Luxe Listings Toronto" follows "one of the most cutthroat real estate markets on the planet," highlighting the city's multimillion-dollar listings along with some of the country's top real estate agents who move and shake the market. Our animations were featured during the episodes highlighting The One, Canada's soon-to-be tallest building. More specifically, to show the Limited Penthouse Collection in The One that's selling for $35,000,000. Not only did we animate the penthouse, but we also interior-designed all of the spaces shown in our animation of the Limited Penthouse Collection as well.
