At the highly anticipated launch event, NEEZO Studios was proud to display a showpiece that drew the attention of every guest in the room: our 11-foot architectural scale model of One Bloor West.
Bringing Canada’s First Supertall Building to Life
Set to rise over 300 meters, One Bloor West will be Canada’s first supertall skyscraper and one of Toronto’s most transformative addresses. To capture the scale and grandeur of this landmark project, NEEZO Studios crafted an 11-foot architectural model that highlights the tower’s soaring design, elegant façade, and commanding presence in the downtown skyline.
Every detail of the model was meticulously engineered and handcrafted, giving brokers, buyers, and industry leaders the chance to experience the development in a tangible and visually striking way.
