After kicking things off with our founder, president, and CEO, Marvin Maalouf, we’re now excited to introduce you to Jason Oleinick, our Sales Director – USA. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge, strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of the U.S. market to our team.

Meet Jason Oleinick

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jason brings unmatched insight, strategy, and leadership to NEEZO Studios’ expansion across the U.S. market. His deep understanding of real estate development—from pre-construction to marketing and sales—allows him to connect with clients on a meaningful level and tailor solutions that elevate every project.

In his role, Jason leads strategic sales initiatives across the United States, working closely with developers, marketing firms, and industry partners to deliver tailored solutions that align with project goals. His expertise and client-focused approach ensure that NEEZO Studios continues to deliver measurable value and innovation in a competitive real estate market.

Q: What is your role at NEEZO Studios and how do you help clients bring their vision to life?

“As Sales Director at NEEZO Studios, I act as the connector between a client’s vision and the creative horsepower of our team. I work directly with developers, architects, and marketers to understand their project goals, then guide them through how we can support everything from photoreal renderings and animations to interactive web tours and physical scale models and all done under one roof. The goal is always the same, to create marketing tools that actually help move a project forward, not just decorate a pitch.”

Q: What's one tip you'd give to developers or marketing teams when launching a new project?

“When it comes to marketing, the earlier the better is key! Great visuals aren’t just about showcasing finishes. They’re about capturing the story of the space, the emotion, and the lifestyle and surroundings it represents. The earlier we’re involved, the more strategic we can be with that story, which makes a huge difference when you’re pitching investors, city councils, or even your pre-sales.”

Q: What makes NEEZO Studios different from other creative partners?

“Everything we do is done in-house and that truly matters. It means our clients get speed, consistency, and quality without compromise. We’re also one of the few studios that can deliver both cutting-edge digital tools, photoreal renderings/animations and handcrafted scale models under the same roof. That range lets us stay agile when projects shift, and it gives our clients one trusted team to rely on from start to finish without delays from one company to another, it’s all under one roof for real.”

Q: In your opinion, what separates a "good" real estate presentation from a "great" one?

“A good presentation shows what the building looks like. A great one shows why a building and living there matters. It tells a clear story that resonates with your audience. It builds excitement and confidence in not only the selling of the project but the why should I want to live here, instead of why should I want to buy this. That only happens when the visuals, messaging, and experience all work together with purpose.”

Q: What are developers or marketing agencies most surprised to learn when working with us?

“That we’re more than just a rendering firm. Most are surprised by how involved we can be in the full lifecycle of a project, from early massing concepts, interior design ideas, to full-scale immersive presentations via our software and our hardware, the main event in a sales presentation or sales gallery, the scale model. And once they see the quality of our scale models in person, they understand why so many top developers use us for major pitches, grand openings and center pieces for their sales galleries.”

Q: What is one fun fact about you?

“I’m actually also a Quarterback Coach. I have coached in High School, College and now do one on one sessions with top tier QB’s in High School, College and even the NFL.”
