LiveSite®: Bringing Aspen Shores to Life Digitally

For Aspen Shores, our LiveSite® Community (3D real estate sales software) played a central role. At the presentation center, potential buyers can explore the development and surrounding community in real-time, view and select specific units and floor plans, and building and area amenities. This interactive 3D experience helps make what’s often abstract in drawings feel tangible. Scale Model: Physical Presence that Tells the Story

Alongside the digital experience with LiveSite®, the architectural scale model NEEZO Studios produced served as the crown jewel of the Aspen Shores presentation center. It’s a physical centerpiece that highlights the development’s waterfront setting, garden terraces, building configuration, and amenity spaces in detail. Buyers seeing the scale model get a spatial understanding of how units stack, the building orientation to the lake, and how outdoor spaces relate to units, something digital alone can’t fully replicate.
