AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO OUR CLIENTS ABOUT CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
Dear valued Client,
Like you, we have spent the last few months and days watching the development of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic affect everyone’s life.
These are extraordinary times. As a society, we are in unchartered territory. It’s critical that we continue to stay calm and work together to keep our clients, families, and communities safe. This notice is to advise you of the actions and continuity plans for NEEZO Studios in light of this health crisis.
Effective March 19, 2020 we will be temporarily closing our physical studio space.
Day-to-day operations WILL CONTINUE. All staff are equipped to work remotely and will keep the exact same business hours. The swift actions of our vigilant operations team have allowed us to implement this policy on extremely short notice. We expect this transition to have a minimal impact on our efficiency. Having said that, please be patient in the event turn-around times are a little slower than usual, given the lack of face-to-face time within the company, as we will be relying solely on digital and tele-communications.
NEEZO Studios, like all companies, is concerned with the unprecedented global challenges that we are facing. Please be assured that during this time of uncertainty, the health and safety of our Team Members and Clients is our highest priority.
In addition to monitoring guidance from local, national and global health organizations, we are taking these precautionary measures to ensure that our corporate footprint minimizes risk to the greater public.
We realize this is an evolving situation and look forward to a rapid return to normal working conditions; we will provide an update, once we are back in the studio.
