I am tremendously excited to say that NEEZO Studios had the opportunity to create the two scale models for Tridel’s Westerly (image above).
CREATING THE WESTERLY MODELS
Our process in creating scale models is one that we’ve developed and perfected with the many scale models that we’ve built for builders and developers across North America.
No detail is too small and no idea is too big. After all our tagline is #ThinkBigBuildSmall 🙂
With that said, the Westerly models involved a mix between laser cutting and 3D printing in order to attain this detailed, realistic replica.
A large portion of the building was 3D printed including the fins around the building, which in my opinion offers a unique character to its overall look.
I stopped by Tridel’s sales center as we set-up the first detailed scale model, complete with illumination and landscaping.
In addition to building the scale models, we also brought to life the project’s fun and colorful children’s playground, plus adjoining dog park. These vibrant outdoor spaces were a nice addition to show how family oriented and pet friendly this neighborhood will be for the new Westerly residents.
We added this Range Rover exiting the illuminated entrance to the parking garage to show future residents where they would go to park their cars.

Tridel’s Westerly is a new condo community in Etobicoke Center.
